Ovid Young (piano), Marlou Johnson (violin / viola), Harlow Hopkins (clarinet) featuring short works by Bruch, Schubert, Gershwin, Kreisler, Templeton, and piano improvisations on the Great American Songbook.

Anthony Molinaro recital
Pianist Anthony Molinaro and bassist Cliff Schmitt play a varied program of original works for piano and bass.
Known for his aggressive performance style and seemingly limitless technique, Molinaro will be heard in an intimate afternoon of not-to-be-missed, if hard to categorize, music ranging from classical based works and ballads to cerebral jazz.
Rarely does one have the opportunity to hear this caliber of playing in such a personal setting. Wine and cheese reception follows.

Amy Briggs recital
Pianist Amy Briggs in recital featuring 20th century and contemporary works for solo piano.
One of the leading exponents of new music for piano, Ms Briggs brings her extraordinary technique and dynamism to the Chicago premier of Augusta Read Thomas' "TRACES" for solo piano. Originally commissioned for Lang-Lang, Ms Briggs performed the world premier earlier this year!
Also on the adventurous program are a set of contemporary waltzes by various composers, the Poltergeist Rag by William Balcom, and etudes by Nico Muhly and David Rakowski. This is an outstanding opportunity to stretch your mind and your ears, and hear one of the most thrilling pianists to come along in many years.

Dennis Dorris recital
Pianist Dennis Dorris has performed throughout America and Europe. His program includes works by Mozart, Galuppi, Debussy, and Liszt as well as Beethoven's Sonata in E-flat Opus 81a, "Les Adieu", and Ravel's hauntingly beautiful "Alborada del Gracioso", in Ravel's own transcription for solo piano.
A prominent educator widely sought after as a performer, Mr Dorris demonstrates his eclectic repertoire and versatility in this varied program of lesser-known classical masterpieces.
